Visitor Recordings improvement: CSS storage

Your website probably changes quite a few times throughout the year, and we want to make sure that Hotjar Visitor Recordings keep up with it. So we just released an important upgrade to our CSS storage: now all Visitor Recordings display the page exactly as it was when the original session occurred.

From now on, we will be storing all your CSS files so if your site or app changes a lot over time, your recordings will remain intact.

Over the coming months, we’ll also be investing more and more time in resolving tech issues and edge cases that impact the fidelity of Visitor Recordings.
