Exciting news! We’ve been cooking up big improvements to Surveys and User Tests. For you, this means even more ways to collect, analyze, and act on user feedback. 🎉

If you’ve been wondering what your customers were thinking but didn’t have the right ways to ask, you’re in luck.

Here’s what’s new:

Prototype testing: validate ideas & designs earlier

You could always test websites, and now you can test prototypes too. Explore how people interact with your prototype, and get the feedback you need faster.

With Prototype testing, you can:

  • Validate your designs early to catch usability issues before launch

  • Test new product ideas in minutes to gain confidence in your decisions

  • Quickly refine and iterate based on real user interactions

To try it, simply build your User Tests as usual and select ‘Prototype’ under the type of test. It works with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch—so you test your ideas with the tools you already use.

Multi-task user testing: explore every angle

User Tests are no longer limited to a single task. Now you can run multi-task tests to dig deeper into user behaviors and patterns across multiple scenarios—all within one test.

Here’s how it helps:

  • Test a prototype or live website with multiple tasks in one go

  • Set specific questions to uncover insights across different parts of the user journey

  • Save time by gathering data from multiple scenarios simultaneously

Just add your tasks, set your questions, and launch your test. Then sit back and discover how your customers really experience your product or website. Available on all paid plans.

Need to target specific audiences with the same survey? The new ‘OR’ logic makes segmentation super simple to reach just the right people.

What can you do with it?

  • Target unique audiences in multiple locations like Italy OR Greece

  • Send surveys to specific roles like managers OR directors

  • Mix and match user attributes to reach the right people faster

When setting up a new survey, just set your user attributes using the ‘OR’ logic to precisely target the segments you want to reach. It’s more efficient targeting for more effective insights.
